Story behind the track:
"I sorta had the idea that this song represents the dehumanization and industrialization of music (particularly in the fandom); where passion is replaced with progress. You'll notice that the song has quite a few very digital and computerized sounds in it, only being broken up by the somewhat dark sounding pony vocal chops (signifying someone producing music with only the drive for technical quality and including pony elements just because they feel obligated to), but that industrial sound is broken up momentarily by the sounds of a music box, and the subtle sound of water in the background, while the harsh mechanical bass in the background is muffled, as if to signify that a passionate musician is breathing life and passion into their work again.
I thought that a theme of that nature worked perfectly for a project such as Pony Family - a song that leads the listener just that little bit closer to understanding the true merit of passion and heartfelt creation." -SpinScissor
